About the Project¶

Background¶
I serve as an instructor in Kyokushinkai Karate and, over the years, have experienced a need to work more systematically with the material that forms the foundation of my teaching.
Information about Kyokushinkai today is extensive but often fragmented. Much of the available material lacks clear source references or is based on secondary interpretations. At the same time, access to original texts and historical contexts is limited or difficult to navigate.
This project arose from a desire to create structure and clarity.
Purpose¶
The purpose of this platform is to:
- Return to the original works of Sosai Masutatsu Oyama and other central sources
- Structure and analyze the material methodically
- Clarify the distinction between source, summary, and interpretation
- Create a coherent and sustainable knowledge base
The work primarily supports my role as an instructor, but it is made available to anyone who wishes to explore it.
Scope¶
This project is:
- Not a new organization
- Not an alternative style or reinterpretation
- Not an attempt to replace official structures
It is a documentation and analysis of existing material.
Copyright is respected. Protected works are not reproduced in full, but summarized and analyzed within reasonable limits.
Method¶
The work is characterized by:
- Source awareness
- Structural consistency
- Neutrality
- Traceability
- Long-term perspective
With a background in IT architecture, systems thinking is applied to organize the content. The objective is to establish clear conceptual relationships and progression rather than isolated texts.
Further Development¶
In the first phase, an open and structured knowledge base is being developed.
In later phases, more pedagogically structured modules may be created, based on the documented framework. This will be done step by step, without departing from the project’s core principles.
