Description¶
The practitioner takes a short step forward with the right foot and stands stably with an upright posture.
The movement is performed with the toes of the front foot and alternates between two positions:
- the big toe is lifted while the other toes are pressed into the floor
- the four smaller toes are lifted while the big toe remains in contact with the floor
The movement is performed in a controlled manner in time with the count, without any other movement in the upper body.
