Execution¶
The knee is chambered high and the leg is then driven out to the side with penetrating force. The hip enters the technique and the supporting leg rotates correctly.

- the leg is retracted before lowering
Common errors¶
- low knee preparation
- no hip extension
- poor rotation in the supporting leg
- the technique is thrown out without penetration
